Remarks:

In connection with the consummation of the initial business combination of Feutune Light Acquisition Corporation ("FLFV") pursuant to certain an Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated October 26, 2023 (as amended on March 19, 2024 and April 5, 2024, the "Merger Agreement"), by and among FLFV, Feutune Light Merger Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly-owned subsidiary of FLFV ("Merger Sub"), and Thunder Power Holdings Limited, a British Virgin Islands company ("Thunder Power"). Under the Merger Agreement, FLFV changed its name to Thunder Power Holdings, Inc. at the closing of the business combination. This "Exit" Form 4 is voluntarily filed to report that the Reporting Person is no longer serving in the role as FLFV's CEO and Director (or those of its successor, Thunder Power Holdings, Inc.), or holding more than 10% of issued and outstanding shares of the Issuer after the date hereof, and is therefore no longer subject to Section 16 Reporting.
