Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a non-qualified stock option to purchase 3,750 shares of the issuer's common stock at an exercise price of $2.10 per share granted to Mr. Burlend on October 1, 2014.

2. Mr. Burlend's stock option was redeemed by the issuer at the closing price on Nasdaq on September 27, 2021, for $8.23 per share for a total purchase price of $30,862.50 The issuer's purchase of this stock option was effected in the same manner as stock option purchases from all other staff of the issuer.
