Explanation of Responses:

1. All of the shares of Class A common stock sold as reported on this Form 4 were sold by Boston Omaha Corporation. As of the date of this report, Boston Omaha Corporation now owns 8,666,163 shares of the Class A common stock of Sky Harbour Group Corporation and United Casualty & Surety Insurance Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation, owns an additional 2,673,831 shares of the Class A common stock. Boston Omaha Corporation continues to own warrants to purchase 7,719,779 shares of Class A common stock of Sky Harbour Group Corporation.
