As part of the transactions effected on April 16, 2026 pursuant to the Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Baiju Bhatt Living Trust ("Living Trust") on November 13, 2025 ("Bhatt 10b5-1 plan"), the Living Trust sold an aggregate of 57,261 shares of its Class B Common Stock, resulting in an automatic conversion of the same amount of shares into Class A Common Stock upon execution of the sales.

2. This transaction was effected pursuant to the Bhatt 10b5-1 plan.

3. This transaction was executed in multiple trades during the day at prices ranging from $84.06 to $85.05. The weighted-average price is reported above.
