Explanation of Responses:

1. On July 3, 2023, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently failed to report that he owned indirectly shares of the issuer's common stock. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person owned indirectly 55,500 shares of the issuer's common stock.
