1. This transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person on September 29, 2025.

2. The reported price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $28.85 to $29.82 per share, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote and in footnote 3 of this Form 4.

3. The reported price in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $30.05 to $30.50 per share, inclusive.

4. The option vested or vests as to 1/48th of the total award monthly, with the first tranche vested on January 1, 2025, and each subsequent tranche vesting on the monthly anniversary thereof, subject to the reporting person's continued service to the Issuer on each vesting date.
