1. These shares of the Issuer's common stock, no par value ("Common Stock"), are held by JBA Investments LLC ("JBA"). The Reporting Person is the Manager of JBA and in such capacity has the right to vote and dispose of securities held by JBA.

2. These shares of Common Stock are held by MJA Investments LLC ("MJA"). The Reporting Person is the Manager of MJA and in such capacity has the right to vote and dispose of securities held by MJA.
