Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Loop Industries, Inc. (the "Issuer") common stock.

2. The RSUs shall vest on the following dates (each a "Vesting Date"), subject to the Reporting Person continuing to be a service provider through such date: March 1, 2024: 20%, March 1, 2025: 20%, and March 1, 2026: 60%. The shares of the Issuer's common stock delivered pursuant to these RSUs shall be delivered within 60 days following each Vesting Date.
