Explanation of Responses:

1. This amended Form 4 is being filed to correct the aggregate common stock holdings of the Reporting Person. On each of January 4, 2023 and January 11, 2023, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently re-reported Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP") shares that were previously reported. Accordingly, the common stock holdings in column 5 of Table I have been reduced by 3,397 ESPP shares.
