Remarks:

The reporting person disposed of all issuer equity securities and ceased to be a reporting person with respect to the issuer following the consummation of Lemonade, Inc.'s acquisition of Metromile, Inc. ("Metromile") pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated as of November 8, 2021, by and among Metromile, Lemonade, Inc. ("Lemonade"), Citrus Merger Sub A, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Lemonade, and Citrus Merger Sub B, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Lemonade.
