The shares will be issued as follows; 15,000 shares on July 16, 2024, 15,000 shares on January 16, 2025, 15,000 shares on January 16, 2026 and 15,000 shares on January 16, 2027 provided the reporting person is serving as a director, officer or employee of the Company or any subsidiary of the Company on said dates.
