Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of restricted stock units which were granted on June 8, 2023 and vest as follows: 50% will vest on March 13, 2024 and the remaining 50% will vest on March 13, 2025 subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through each applicable vesting date or earlier termination without cause.

2. Includes 5,000 shares purchased under the Issuer's Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP") in transactions that were exempt under both Rule 16b-3(d) and Rule 16b-3(c) on November 30, 2022 and 2,968 shares purchased under the ESPP in transactions that were exempt under both Rule 16b-3(d) and Rule 16b-3(c) on May 31, 2023.
