The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.

2. Consists of (1) 3,363 ordinary shares, (2) 29 restricted ordinary shares that vest in equal installments on a monthly basis, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service, and (3) 16,458 restricted ordinary shares that vest in equal installments on a quarterly basis, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.
