1. Reflects 57 shares of common stock acquired pursuant to the SEDG Employee Stock Purchase Plan ('ESPP') for the ESPP purchase period beginning December 1, 2022 and ending May 31, 2023.

2. The sales reported were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. The reporting person undertakes to provide to SolarEdge Technologies, Inc., any security holder of SolarEdge Technologies, Inc., or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth in footnote (4) to this Form 4.
