Of the 2,036,053 shares of restricted stock granted on December 28, 2020, 678,684 shares of Common Stock vested on December 28, 2020, 678,684 shares of Common Stock will vest on December 31, 2021 and 678,685 shares of Common Stock will vest on December 31, 2022.
