Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a restricted stock unit ("RSU") award. The RSUs vest over three years in equal installments on January 1 of each of 2024, 2025, and 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer as of the applicable vesting date.

2. Includes 1,214 and 1,923 shares acquired under Issuer's 2021 Employee Stock Purchase Plan on December 1, 2021, and June 1, 2022, respectively.
