1. The Issuer's "ADSs" are American Depositary Shares, with each ADS representing one ordinary share, nominal value $0.01 per share, of the issuer; ADSs may be represented by American Depositary Receipts.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $12.86 to $13.50, inclusive. SEC Form 4: Divis Gregory J bought $131,997 worth of ADSs (10,000 units at $13.20), increasing direct ownership by 7% to 159,100 units
