Explanation of Responses:

1. The sale was approved by the Issuer's Board of Directors in accordance with Rule 16b-3(d)(1) of the Exchange Act (the "Act"), and as such, the sale is exempt from Section 16(b) of the Act pursuant to Rule 16b-3(e) promulgated thereunder.

2. Includes 24,000 shares granted pursuant to the 2019 Stock Incentive Plan which reflect the unvested portion of a grant award originally covering 30,000 shares that commenced vesting at a rate of 20% per year year on November 11, 2021 and 27,472 shares held jointly with the reporting person's spouse.

3. Reflects units which represent share interests and a reserve of cash in the Issuer's 401(k) Plan. Includes units acquired in the Home Federal Bank Employees' Savings and Profit Sharing Plan and Trust since the last filed Form 4, based on a report dated May 3, 2022.

4. The options are vesting at a rate of 20% per year commencing on November 11, 2021.

5. The options vested at a rate of 20% per year commencing on October 26, 2016 and were fully vested and exercisable as of October 26, 2020.

6. The options vested at a rate of 20% per year commencing on July 31, 2015 and were fully vested and exercisable as of July 31, 2019.
