1. Restricted shares awarded November 14, 2022. Awarded shares will vest as follows: 1/3 immediate, 1/3 on November 14, 2023, and 1/3 on November 14, 2024.

2. Includes 43 shares acquired under the Employee Stock Purchase Plan since Mr. Atwell's previous Form 4 filing dated April 26, 2022. Mr. Atwell owns a total of 376 shares in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan as of the date of this report.

SEC Form 4: Atwell Robert Bruce was granted 2,025 shares, increasing direct ownership by 4% to 53,722 units
