Explanation of Responses:

1. Purchased pursuant to the Edgio, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP") on transaction date for purchase period of May 15, 2022, through November 15, 2022. In accordance with the ESPP, these shares were purchased based on 85% of the closing price of the issuer's common stock on November 15, 2022. This transaction is exempt under Rule 16b-3(c).

2. This includes 102,834 unvested restricted stock units.
