Restricted Stock awarded to Reporting Person on 04/01/2021 - 25% of the shares shall vest each quarter, beginning on the first day of the calendar quarter immediately following the vesting commencement date, for four (4) consecutive calendar quarters, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service as a director of the Issuer through each such vesting date.
