1. Represents the shares of Class B ordinary shares of the Issuer owned by Data Point Capital III, LP ("DPC III") and Data Point Capital III-Q, LP ("DPC III-Q"). Of the Class B ordinary shares reported, 1,929,125 are held by DPC III and 945,875 are held by DPC III-Q.

2. Mr. Savitz directly (whether through ownership or position) or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, may be deemed for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, to be the indirect beneficial owner of the Class B ordinary shares owned by DPC III and DPC III-Q. Mr. Savitz disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares of Common Stock reported herein except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein and this report shall not be deemed an admission that he is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
