Includes 17,181.010 restricted stock units of which 1,503.189 will vest on December 14, 2023, 2,109.433 will vest on February 19, 2024, 4,635.333 will vest on February 18, 2025, 6,833.636 will vest on July 29, 2025 and 2,099.419 will vest on February 17, 2026.
