1. Fifteenth Investment Company LLC is the record holder of these shares. Mamoura Diversified Global Holding PJSC directly or indirectly wholly owns Fifteenth Investment Company LLC. Mamoura Diversified Global Holding PJSC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company PJSC. As a result, Mamoura Diversified Global Holding PJSC and Mubadala Investment Company PJSC may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the shares directly held by Fifteenth Investment Company LLC.
