1. Represents restricted stock units granted pursuant to the NMIH Amended and Restated 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units vest on May 11, 2024.

2. Represents restricted stock units granted pursuant to the NMIH Amended and Restated 2014 Omnibus Incentive Plan on September 14, 2023. The restricted stock units vest in equal annual installments on each of the second and third anniversaries of the grant date.
