Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Doering holds a 23.9% ownership stake in LS Assets, which directly owns shares in SharpLink Gaming Ltd., which were distributed and issued to LS Assets LLC ("LS Assets") in connection with SharpLink Gaming Ltd.'s merger with SportsHub Games Network, Inc. in December 2022. Mr. Doering's 23.9% stake in LS Assets represents indirect ownership of 31,778 ordinary shares of SharpLink Gaming Ltd.
