Explanation of Responses:

1. Stock option to purchase common stock issued as merger consideration pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among Gemini Therapeutics Inc., FS Development Corp., FSG Merger Sub Inc. and Shareholder Representative Services LLC, dated as of October 15, 2020 (the "Merger Agreement"). This option shall vest and become exercisable 25% shall vest and become exercisable on the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date, November 23, 2020; provided that the Optionee continues to have a Service Relationship with the Company at such time. Thereafter, the remaining 75 percent of the Shares shall vest and become exercisable in 36 equal monthly installments following the first anniversary of the Vesting Commencement Date, provided the Optionee continues to have a Service Relationship with the Company on each vesting date.
