Consists of restricted shares issued on June 30, 2025, of which 5% vest 18 months from the issue date, 10% vest 30 months from the issue date, 15% vest 42 months from the issue date, 20% vest 54 months from the issue date, and 50% vest 66 months from the issue date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer through such dates.
