Six months after vesting, each AST LLC Incentive Equity Option is exercisable for an AST LLC Incentive Equity Unit, each of which is then exchangeable for an AST LLC Common Unit that is redeemable for one share of Class A Common Stock. The AST LLC Incentive Options expire no later than 10 years from the date of grant.
