1. a. The Reporting Person is a director and sole shareholder of SAIF IV GP Capital Ltd., which is the sole general partner of SAIF IV GP, L.P., the sole general partner of SAIF Partners IV L.P. b. The Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own all the common shares, par value $0.001 per share, of the Issuer held by SAIF Partners IV L.P. c. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership over such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of the reported shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purposes.
