Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 5,837,887 ordinary shares held by EXCP WW Holding Limited ("EXCP WW"). Ms. Wei Wang is the sole shareholder and director and is deemed to beneficially own the ordinary shares held by EXCP WW. Mr. Hui Xu is the spouse of Ms. Wei Wang, and accordingly each of them is deemed to have beneficial ownership of the shares held by each other, unless any of them disclaims beneficial ownership of those shares.

2. Represents 818,780 ordinary shares held by EXCP XH Holding Limited ("EXCP XH"). Mr. Hui Xu is the sole shareholder and director of EXCP XH and is deemed to beneficially own the ordinary shares held by EXCP XH.
