1. The ordinary shares are held in the form of American depositary shares, each representing one ordinary share.

2. The stock option has fully vested over a two-year period, with 50% vesting on each of the third and fourth anniversaries of 06/30/2020.

3. The stock option has fully vested over a four-year period, with 25% vesting on each of the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of 02/03/2021.

4. The stock option has fully vested over a four-year period, with option to purchase 60,000 shares vesting on the first anniversary of 03/15/2022 and option to purchase 120,000 shaers vesting on each of thesecond, third and fourth anniversaries of 03/15/2022.

5. The restricted share units evidence the contingent right to receive ordinary shares upon vesting, and will vest on 02/28/2027.
