Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects securities held directly by Amber Fort Limited ("AFL"). The Reporting Person is the sole director of AFL and may thus be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by AFL.

2. Reflects securities held by Amber Global Limited ("AGL"). Amber Primary Unit Holding Limited, an entity wholly owned by the Reporting Person, and AFL jointly possess the entitlement to appoint a majority of the board of directors of AGL. As a result, the Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by AGL.

Remarks:

The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities reported herein as indirectly beneficially owned, except to the extent of such Reporting Person's pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
