Mr. Wilder directly (whether through ownership or position) or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, may be deemed for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "Exchange Act"), or otherwise to beneficially own any securities owned by Nautilus Resources LLC. The reporting persons each disclaim beneficial ownership of the securities covered by this statement, except to the extent of the pecuniary interest of such reporting person in such securities.
