Includes (i) 41,670 ordinary shares, no par value per share, of the Issuer (the "Ordinary Shares") issuable upon the vesting of restricted share units ("RSUs") through April 19, 2027 in 5 equal quarterly installments of 8,334 Ordinary Shares; (ii) 29,169 Ordinary Shares, issuable upon the vesting of RSUs, through October 19, 2027 in 7 equal quarterly installments of 4,167 Ordinary Shares; and (iii) 83,340 Ordinary Shares, issuable upon the vesting of RSUs, through July 19, 2028 in 10 equal quarterly installments of 8,334 Ordinary Shares. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share.
