Explanation of Responses:

1. Every ADS represents 12 ordinary shares.

2. Represents 20,260,082 ordinary shares and 357,810 ADSs representing 4,293,728 ordinary shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Person. The ordinary shares and ADSs are held directly by AOGANG INTERNATIONAL (HONG KONG) CORPORATION LIMITED ("AOGANG International"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong. AOGANG International is directly and wholly owned by Zhejiang Aokang Shoes Co., Ltd. ("AoKang"), a company incorporated under the laws of the People's Republic of China. The Reporting Person directly holds: (1) 90% of the total outstanding shares of AoKang Investment Holdings Co., Ltd., which directly holds 27.73% of the outstanding shares of AoKang; and (2) 15.10% of the total outstanding shares of AoKang.
