1. Represents 44,601 Class A ordinary shares held by ElecJoys Holdings Limited ("ElecJoys"), a British Virgin Islands corporation. Mr. Yugang Wang is the sole shareholder of ElecJoys, and thus exercises 100% of the voting and dispositive power of the Class A ordinary shares held by ElecJoys.
