Explanation of Responses:

1. Option to purchase 50,000 shares of common stock, with 25% of the total number of shares of common stock subject to the option vesting on April 1, 2019, and 75% of the total number of shares of common stock subject to the option vesting in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the reporting person's continued service with the Issuer through such vesting date.

2. On March 30, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 3 (the "Form 3"), which inadvertently reported that there were 50,000 shares outstanding under this option to purchase common stock. In fact, as reported in this Form 3 Amendment, there were 36,459 shares outstanding under this option to purchase common stock as of the date of the Form 3 filing.
