Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Tendler holds 51 Options, each exercisable for $5,200 into 645.1452 shares of Common Stock. Of such 51 Options, none are vested and vest in three equal annual installments beginning on November 12, 2023. These 51 Options were granted March 19, 2021 and expire March 18, 2031, in each case, as subject to the terms of the Option Agreement entered into with Ambulnz Inc. and assumed by DocGo Inc. on November 5, 2021. Mr. Tendler holds an additional 51 Options, each exercisable for $1,023 into 645.1452 shares of Common Stock. Of such 51 Options, 34 Options are unvested and vest in two equal annual installments beginning on November 12, 2021. These 51 Options were granted January 2, 2020 and expire January 1, 2030, in each case, as subject to the terms of the Option Agreement entered into with Ambulnz Inc. and assumed by DocGo Inc. on November 5, 2021.
