Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents securities held by CreditEase Holdings (Cayman) Limited ("CE Holdings"). CE Holdings is indirectly controlled by a trust established under the laws of Cayman Islands (the "Trust) and managed by Maples Trustee Services (Cayman) Limited as the trustee. The Reporting Person is the settlor of the Trust one of the Trust's beneficiaries. Under the terms of the Trust, the Reporting Person may be deemed to have the voting and dispositive power over the Issuer's shares held by CE Holdings. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities held by CE Holdings except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
