Explanation of Responses:

1. The 4,200,000 options were granted to the reporting person on April 22, 2024, and are scheduled to vest in eight equal quarterly installments of 525,000 options each over a two-year period. Six out of the eight installments have already vested, and the remaining two installments will vest on March 31, 2026 and June 30, 2026, respectively.

2. The 1,800,000 options were granted to the reporting person on March 14, 2023 and have been fully vested.

3. The 1,280,000 options were granted to the reporting person on March 9, 2021 and have been fully vested.
