Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents Ordinary Shares held by the South Rivers Foundation for which the reporting person has voting and dispositive power over.

2. Represents Ordinary Shares to be received from an award granted in December 2025 under the Issuer's Equity Incentive Plan ("Incentive Plan") of 174,336 time-based restricted stock units ("RSUs"), half of which were to vest in December 2026 and the remaining half was to vest in December 2027. Pursuant to a settlement agreement with the issuer (the "settlement agreement"), all of the 174,336 RSUs vested immediately as of March 13, 2026.

3. Represents Ordinary Shares to be issued as part of the settlement agreement.
