1. Includes Class A Ordinary Shares and outstanding restricted stock units ("RSUs") held by the Reporting Person. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Class A Ordinary Share upon vesting and settlement. The Class A Ordinary Shares and RSUs held by the Reporting Person are held by him solely for the benefit of General Atlantic Service Company, L.P. As such, the Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the RSUs (including the Class A Ordinary Shares underlying the RSUs) and the Class A Ordinary Shares.
