4. Includes options to purchase 8,000 Class B common shares ("Class B Options"), of which 3,000 Class B Options are vested as of March 18, 2026, and 1,000 Class B Options shall vest on April 1, 2026 and following each subsequent 3-month period thereafter until April 1, 2027.
