Represents options to purchase ordinary shares at a price per share of 12.40 Euros granted on May 14, 2019 and issued pursuant to a resolution of an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting on July 24, 2019. The options vest in three equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of the date of grant.

Represents options to purchase ordinary shares at a price per share of 8.00 Euros granted on June 24, 2020 and issued pursuant to a resolution of an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting on July 15, 2020. The options vested upon the achievement of certain Company performance criteria evaluated by the Board of Directors at the end of the relevant performance periods.

Represents options to purchase ordinary shares at a price per share of 13.75 Euros granted on June 23, 2021 and issued pursuant to a resolution of an extraordinary general shareholders' meeting on July 3, 2021.
