1. Represents the Ordinary Shares held by Thrivors Holdings Limited. The Reporting Person holds of record approximately 30% of the ordinary shares of Thrivors Holdings Limited. The Reporting Person, together with one other individual, is a member of the board of directors ofThrivors Holdings Limited and hence is deemed to have shared voting and investment power over the Ordinary Shares of the Issuer held by Thrivors Holdings Limited.
