Includes (i) 10,000 ordinary shares, no par value per share, of the Issuer (the "Ordinary Shares") issuable upon the vesting of restricted share units ("RSUs") in equal quarterly installments of 1,250 Ordinary Shares beginning on March 18, 2026; and (ii) 396 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the vesting of RSUs in equal quarterly installments of 50 Ordinary Shares beginning on September 30, 2024. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share.
