1. Consists of shares held by CATALYST IV FUND L.P ("CATALYST"). Reporting Person is affiliated CATALYST but disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these securities in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all of the reported securities for purposes of Section 16.

2. Stock options were granted on August 7, 2023, with 66,666 options vested as of February 7, 2026 and the remaining 13,334 options vesting in two equal three month installments commencing on May 7, 2026 subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer or its subsidiaries through each vesting date.
