1. Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU"), granted under the Issuer's 2022 Share Incentive Plan, represents a contingent right to receive one Class A Ordinary Share. The 5,599 RSUs vest on February 15, 2027, subject to continued service. Upon vesting, the RSUs are settled and delivered in shares.
