Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares were issued upon vesting of previously granted restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which each represent a contingent right to receive one ordinary share of Camtek Ltd. (the "Company").

2. The Reporting Person was granted RSUs, which each represent a contingent right to receive one ordinary share of the Company. The RSUs will vest on the date of the Companys 2026 annual meeting of shareholders, subject to continued service through the vesting date.

3. The Stock Options are Fully vested and immediately exercisable

4. The options will vest on the date of the Companys 2026 annual meeting of shareholders, subject to continued service through the vesting date.

Remarks:
